St. Thomas Aquinas Church

St John the Evangelist Church

Pope John Paul described the parish as “not principally a structure, a territory or a building, but rather “The Family of God, a Fellowship afire with a unifying spirit, a familial and welcoming home”.

The parish is people. Human people with their joy, their hopes, their grieves, their anxieties. They are people with needs. This web page will describe the ways in which our parish meets some of these needs. We welcome you as one of our people, a member of our family.

Our purpose is to reflect the mission of Christ Himself as a Teacher and Healer. He brought healing and reconciliation to those who were troubled. He led people to know God as their loving Father. These, then are our tasks and the reason for our parish’s existence.

As you browse this web page we hope you will experience it as an invitation and know that you are welcomed.
